It is possible that on highly demanded days our team will contact you between 48h and 72h to reconfirm your reservation, so it is very important that you check that your email and contact telephone number are correct or you may lose your reservation.
Your punctuality is key to our good organization and service and thus to enjoy a better experience, so the courtesy waiting time will be 15 minutes from your reservation time or we will free your table for other diners.
We love groups that come to enjoy good food, but our tables have a maximum of 10 people. For groups of more than 10 people, check availability through our telephone or our email reservas@hotelcasbahformentera.com.
